CrossPostBot Terms of Service

By accessing or using CrossPostBot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Bot.

1. Description of Service

CrossPostBot is a Telegram-based automation service that allows users to publish and schedule content to supported social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

The service may also provide additional account or content-management functionality depending on the permissions granted by the user and the APIs available from third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law, to use CrossPostBot.

You must also have valid accounts on the third-party platforms you connect to CrossPostBot.

3. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

When you connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or another supported platform, you authorize CrossPostBot to access the permissions you grant through the applicable OAuth authorization process.

CrossPostBot may use those permissions to publish or manage content on your behalf according to the functionality of the service and the permissions granted.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Upload and publish only content they own or have the legal right to distribute.
• Follow the terms, policies, and community guidelines of Instagram/Meta, YouTube/Google, TikTok, Telegram, and other connected platforms.
• Not use CrossPostBot for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, or activities that violate applicable laws.
• Not attempt to interfere with, abuse, or circumvent the security or technical limitations of the service.

5. Third-Party Platforms

CrossPostBot depends on third-party APIs and services.

Changes, restrictions, outages, or removals of third-party API functionality may affect CrossPostBot functionality.

CrossPostBot is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs, policies, account systems, or enforcement decisions.

6. Service Availability

We attempt to keep CrossPostBot available and operational, but continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

The service may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, infrastructure failures, or third-party API changes.

7. Account Disconnection and Data Deletion

Users may disconnect supported accounts or request deletion of their CrossPostBot data using available Bot functionality.

Deletion of data may be permanent and cannot be undone after processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrossPostBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, content removal, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CrossPostBot where necessary to protect the service, comply with applicable law, or address violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using the service and disconnect their connected accounts at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
